Hypnosisis/ Hypnotherapy - Explained
Hypnosis is a trance like state and everyone has the
ability to enter into a trance.Everyday people are
slipping into natural trance states,be it absorbed in
watching TV,reading a book or even whilst driving.
Psychotherapy used in conjunction with hypnosis
(Hypnotherapy) works by having a client in a
comfortable and relaxed state of mind which then gives
access to that powerful unconscious mind which is
comprised of thoughts, memories and emotions – thereby giving access to our own brains, our ‘Bio-
Computer ’ which can be permanently and efficiently
re-programmed to assist us in achieving our goals and
desires.
In hypnosis, there is absolutely no question of being
controlled or manipulated;a person in hypnosis
(commonly referred to as ‘conscious hypnosis ’)is not
asleep, but actually more aware of what is taking place
than usual,as their senses function more efficiently than normal.
Nobody could possibly be made to do anything that
they did not want to do,and anybody can enter the
hypnotic state.
The state of hypnosis is a totally natural phenomenon –
a most pleasant and particularly relaxing state where a
person can converse quite easily whilst within the state.
